Registration Options

PayPal Instructions:  Once you have selected the option of either "Registration Only $50" or "Registration + Abstracts $60", you will be taken to "Your Shopping Cart". You can pay with your PayPal account or a credit card. If you want to pay with a credit card, choose the "Check Out" button. You will see your order summary. You will still be presented with the option of paying with a PayPal account. To pay with a credit card, select “Pay with a Debit or Credit Card or Pay Pal Credit".

Onsite Registration: Onsite registration (cash or check only) is $60 for the meeting and $10 for the abstract book (quantities are limited).

Students:  Admission is free with ID; however if you would like a printed abstract book you will have to purchase one at the door.

Abstract Download: Abstracts will be available for free download beginning the week prior to the meeting (link will be on the Agenda page). Please pre-order printed abstracts when you pre-register so we know how many copies to have printed.

No-Host Reception: A no-host reception will be held Wednesday, January 13th, 5-7 PM at the Hilton; registration is not required to attend.

Hotel Reservations: You will need to make hotel reservations in advance to obtain the group discount and support the cost of the meeting rooms (Portland Hilton).
