Registration
The on-line registration system for the symposium is open. However, the day-long tour on Wednesday June 20 is filled to capacity. We are accepting names for the wait list but it is unlikely there will be space. Please contact Carly Morse at carly_morse@wsu.edu to be placed on the wait list for the tour. Registration is currently available to attend either or both of the 1-day meeting sessions, but this would not include the field tour or the Acta Hort publication. Registration fees are posted below. All amounts are in US dollars.
Full event (includes 3 lunches, 1 dinner, tour, volume of Acta Hort)
ISHS member $450
Non member $550 (this purchases a 1-yr ISHS membership
for the person)
Student $225 (all days of conference, 3 lunches, 1 dinner,
tour, no Acta Hort)
Daily rate $100/day (June 19 and/or 21 only; lunch only)
Can register for one or both days
For those registering at the daily rate who would like a copy of the Acta Horticulturae from the symposium, the cost is $100 and can be purchased with the on-line registration.
Registration fees do not include lodging or other services. Please contact the Icicle Inn directly (see Accomodations page) for lodging arrangements.
On-line registration will close on June 11, 2012 at 5pm PDT, or before if space is filled.

Cancellation/refund policy.
All requests for cancellation and refund after payment must be made in writing to Carly Morse at carly_morse@wsu.edu . Cancellations made on or before May 18, 2012, will receive a refund of the registration fee paid minus a $25 fee. Cancellations made in writing after May 18 and on or before June 8 will receive a refund of the registration fee paid minus a $75 fee. Cancellations made after June 8, or “no shows”, are not eligible for a refund.
Liability
Upon registration, participants agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the Conference Management can be subject to any liability concerning participation related activity. Participants should, therefore, organize their own (health and travel) insurance(s).
Disclaimer
The organizing committee has the right for any reason beyond their control to alter or cancel, without prior notice, the conference or any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the conference. The Organizing Committee and the Conference Management shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenditure or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration or cancellation.
